Services
Teddy Brian Consulting provides healthcare interoperability consulting services including diagnostic assessments, integration acceleration, and advisory retainers. Service scope, deliverables, and terms are defined in separate engagement agreements for each client.
Scorecard Tool
The EHR Integration Readiness Scorecard is provided as a free self-assessment tool. Results are educational in nature and do not constitute professional advice. Recommendations are generalized and should be validated against your specific technical environment and regulatory requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, frameworks, methodologies, and design, is the intellectual property of Teddy Brian Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Client engagement deliverables are governed by the terms of each individual engagement agreement. Unless otherwise specified, clients retain full ownership of all code, documentation, and architecture produced during an engagement.
Booking and Scheduling
Consultation bookings are made through Cal.com. By scheduling a consultation, you agree to Cal.com's terms of service. Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations and engagements is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client information, technical details, or business context without explicit written consent. Specific confidentiality terms are defined in engagement agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Teddy Brian Consulting provides consulting services and recommendations based on professional expertise. We are not liable for implementation decisions made by clients or outcomes resulting from those decisions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
